Delete your WA Bulk Messenger account

This page explains how to delete your WA Bulk Messenger account and the data stored with it. It applies to the WA Bulk Messenger Chrome extension and the WA Bulk Messenger Android app, which use the same account.

How to request deletion

1. In the Android app: open the More tab, tap Delete account, and send the prepared email.
2. By email, from anywhere: email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my WA Bulk Messenger account". You can use this even if you have already uninstalled the app or the extension.

What happens next

• We confirm the request comes from the email address registered on the account.
• We permanently delete your account and its associated data within 30 days of your request. This includes your profile, campaigns, recipient details, message templates, saved Contact Groups, opt-out list, and delivery results.
• Billing records are kept for as long as applicable financial and tax regulations require.
• Data kept on your own phone or browser is removed when you uninstall the app or the extension, or clear its storage.

Deleting only some of your data

Individual campaigns, contacts, templates, and saved Contact Groups can be deleted at any time from within the extension. To have other data removed, or only part of your data, email us at [email protected].
